Dash looks out and wonders what it is like to be freely roaming out there .... (by the way, he is looking at the industrial park where the stray cats and dogs are)
The best I can offer to him is a walk along the corridor, he seems happy that at least he gets to go out of the flat for a change.
Where on earth can he find such a cosy place to laze the whole day !
Just take a look at the life of this ginger male, he got into a bad fight with some other stray and had a big wound near his ear, I had to feed him with much food before I could distract him and apply some ointment on his wound; it was oozing with some yellow stuff....OUCH...Dash really is a lucky fellow compared to this ginger male.
Thank God that this ginger male's wound has since gotten better after 2 continuous days' of coconut oil treatment! I couldn't afford to send him to the vet as it would cost quite a bit to have him treated and hospitalised; so the only solution I could thin of use pure coconut oil to apply to his wet wound area. It worked excellent!
My mom used it for all her cats back in the late 80s whenever they got a wound from fights. It works way better than the vet's prescribed medication; and best of all it is only S$1.00 for one bottle!
My mom loves visiting my hi5 gang. She always come prepared with a container filled with the Kattyman cuttlefish. And all my fur balls will line up and simply savour the slices. Of course, after such a smelly feast, I brush their tteeth and rinse their mouth.
They are a blessed group of felines; whenever I look at the strays that i feed downstairs where the multi-storey car park is, I give thanks for my hi5. Nevertheless, I am grateful to be able to feed the strays and improve their lives as well.
Here they are. Just a few of them, in total there are about 35 strays, all unique and non-threatening to human race=]. They are spayed too.
